TYpes of joints
There are six different types of joints. Plane Joint, Saddle Joint, Hinge Joint, Pivot Joint, Ball-and-Socket Joint and Ellipsoid Joint. The most common joint is the Plane joint because it is all up your spine. The Plane Joint is like two dvd discs trubbing together. The Saddle Joint is like a saddle on a horses back. It can move from side to side, and can be found in your thumb. The Hinge Joint is like your front door. It can swing back and forth. The Pivot joint is like two dvd discs with a twig in the middle, and spun it. The Ball-and-Socket Joint is like a ball in a tight fitting bowl. The ball can roll around freely
